Who we are

Fjorde ApS, Roskilde, Denmark, is the data controller for fjorde.io. Contact us at hello@fjorde.io.

What we collect

When you request a quote we store what you type into the form: your work email, company name, workload type, number of GPUs, deadline, jurisdiction, maximum price, budget range and any notes. We do not load analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies for tracking.

Why and on what basis

We use these details only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and run your contract. The legal basis is the steps needed to enter into a contract with you (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (article 6(1)(f)).

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, and a copy is emailed to us through a transactional email provider. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we only pass them to a GPU provider when it is needed to run a contract you have agreed to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Details tied to a contract are kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires, currently five years after the end of the financial year.

The H100 Price Report list

On the Compute Index page you can download the full price history by giving your email, and optionally tick a box to get a weekly H100 price report. For this we store your email, the company name if you gave one, whether you ticked the box, the time of signup and of consent, the page you signed up on, and the time you confirmed. The download is allowed with email alone; the weekly report is only sent after you tick the box and click the confirmation link we email you (legal basis: consent). We never use download-only addresses for marketing.

The list is held by our email provider, Resend, Inc. (USA), under EU standard contractual clauses. Every report carries an unsubscribe link, which stops the emails immediately. We delete download-only addresses after 24 months and subscribers when they unsubscribe, or sooner on request to hello@fjorde.io.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to our use of them, by emailing hello@fjorde.io. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish data protection authority.
